Swiftcurrent Ultralight Waders from Pataognia are lightweight, small packable waders made of waterproof and breathable material. A real innovation! Sure, there are already some lightweight waders on the market, but none comes close to the minimal packing size (20 x 33 cm) and the low weight of just about 1000g. This makes these waders the ideal travel companion on all tours where every gram and every centimetre in the backpack counts. Perfect also for summer fishing, in pleasant water temperatures or as a clever alternative to wet wading!

Responsible for the success of these waders are, among other things, the footies made of synthetic rubber. An environmentally friendly solution from Patagonia for the production of robust, lightweight booties. This material is not only significantly thinner and lighter than neoprene, but also more elastic, which prevents weak points and improves overall durability. The lightweight but robust H2No™ Performance Standard material with a waterproof/breathable membrane and DWR (durable water repellent) impregnation also has a major influence on the weight. The waders feature a robust 4-layer laminate made from recycled nylon and a reinforced calf area because this is particularly stressed on the way to the river. Other features include minimalist adjustable straps and a secure stretch wading belt. A waterproof, welded TPU inner pocket allows you to safely store a mobile phone or other small items. The special single-seam construction of these waders ensures long-lasting durability and a gusset for free movement when wading and on the way to the water.
